A few years ago, my health was slipping away. I had type 2 diabetes, high blood sugar, stress, and no energy left. Nothing worked, not diets, not routines, not health programs. Everything felt like a restriction.


Then something changed. In Spain, with family, I started living differently: fresh food, daily walks, sunshine, shared meals. Within weeks, I felt alive again. My blood sugar dropped, my energy returned, and the weight I carried (inside and out) began to lift.


That was the start of Casa Miguel.
